The kookaburra

 

                                                                                      The kookaburra is terrestrial tree Kingfishers native of australia and of New Guinea. The kookaburra measure between 28 and 42 centimeters of lenght.

His head is fat compared to his body. The kookaburra is a carnivrous bird. He eat frogs, insects, lizards, mouses and even snakes! He can also eat the food leaves by Men. The kookaburra  is fond of eucalyptus forest and farmers appreciate his presence as he hunts snakes around their farms. In the evening, these birds sleep in groups.

For four days I'm looking for this beautiful bird but I have not already seen the kookaburra yet.

I very excited to find it because with his blue feathers who make think to the sky, we want observe during a very long moment.
